James Paddock, the company's key principal and operator, has been in the construction management trade for 30 years. He started working with national general contractors and the management of their staff and skilled tradesmen. He began working on large high rise luxury condos and business buildings in Miami Beach. Shortly thereafter he began overseeing the building of luxury hotels and beachfront luxury homes. While helping with the reorganization of a mill work manufacture & custom cabinetry company in Orlando, he learned the value of quality custom products and how they were made. James has a college degree in business management and holds a Florida State Certified Builders License. He is active in the local communities in which he serves and has strong Christian morals and beliefs. Every job is built and completed as if it is for his family.

Linda Pellegrini, the founder, is still actively involved. She holds a State of Florida Certified Residential Contractors License and has been building fine homes since 1986. Her hands-on approach with each homeowner ensures smooth decorative selection process. She is a strong presence in the field as she works closely with the subcontractors and supplier base to maintain the highest quality standards. Linda's reputation for demanding the best from her team is eclipsed only by her impeccable record of service to her satisfied homeowners.
